General Membership

1. Viewbestads Rewards membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of ViewBestAds.com. Viewbestads and its partners have the right, without limitation, to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points or miles already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points or miles, or the ability to obtain certain rewards. Viewbestads and its partners may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of points received for a stay or required for a reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward or category; (c) add blackout dates, limit rooms available for reward redemption at any participating outlet, change or restrict participating outlets, or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards; (d) change program benefits,  partners, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting points , or rules governing the use of rewards; (e) change or cancel its partner rewards. The accumulation of points or miles does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards, or program benefits. In accumulating points , members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level.
2. Participation in the ViewBestAds Rewards program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures ("Program Rules") that ViewBestAds may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. ViewBestAds may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. ViewBestAds has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.
3. The accumulation of points and rewards is subject to the ViewBestAds Rewards Program Rules. Each member is responsible for reading the ViewBestAds Rewards terms and conditions, newsletters, and account statements in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program.
4. The rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at ViewBestAds's discretion, with or without notice. The number of points  required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time.
5. Additionally, ViewBestAds has the right to end the ViewBestAds Rewards program anytime. In that event, the right to earn points  and redeem for rewards may end three months after notification, no matter the extent of member participation in the program. We may terminate the program in whole or in part in any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law.
6. After applying to the ViewBestAds Rewards program, a membership number will be assigned to each applicant. Upon receiving this number, an individual becomes eligible to earn ViewBestAds Rewards points with certain activities on ViewBestAds.com , viewbestads have sole right to , modify , redesign or restructure reward program.
7. An account may be closed at ViewBestAds's discretion if no points are accrued during a 6-month period. All points in the account will be forfeited at that time.
8. The terms and conditions of affiliated participating outlet control the redemption and distribution of the rewards point earned or transferred.
9. ViewBestAds Rewards points, rewards  earned through participating in ViewBestAds Rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of ViewBestAds Rewards points, rewards or miles is the sole responsibility of the member.
10. In the case of fraud or abuse involving ViewBestAds Rewards, point credit, reward use, or a participating outlets, ViewBestAds and its partners have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all points and certificates earned through ViewBestAds Rewards may be forfeited and any relevant account(s) closed.
11. Membership in ViewBestAds Rewards, including any reward certificates that may have been issued to a member, may be revoked or suspended at ViewBestAds's sole discretion if a member we found do any
12. The awarding of ViewBestAds Rewards points and the redemption of ViewBestAds Rewards certificates are void where prohibited by law.
13. You may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the ViewBestAds.com site ("access codes"). The content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to ViewBestAds, and is provided to you for your personal use only. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on your behalf by third parties where we determine that such use interferes with our site's operation or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment.
14. ViewBestAds Rewards is operated by The One Point, Inc. , Dubai, UAE

1. Only individuals are eligible for ViewBestAds Rewards membership, and each individual may maintain only one account. Corporations, groups and/or associated entities cannot enroll as ViewBestAds Rewards members.
2. Employees of The One Point , Inc  & IndiaNIC Infotech Limited and their subsidiaries are ineligible to participate in ViewBestAds Rewards.
3. Accrued points  do not constitute property of the member. Points accrued by a ViewBestAds Rewards member are for the member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone. Points are transferable to a legal spouse or domestic partner only in the case of documented death of the member. Points are not transferable to another person for any other reason, including divorce or inheritance.
4. Respecting your privacy is a priority for us. However, in order to keep you apprised of your ViewBestAds Rewards membership status, it is important that we send you certain program information that may include printed periodic statements of your account and other information necessary for administration; printed or email marketing materials from ViewBestAds (including ViewBestAds Rewards, ViewBestAds and other brands owned by ViewBestAds, Our participating outlets and advertisers and other ViewBestAds companies) which will inform you of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to you; and marketing materials from third parties that have a strategic marketing relationship with the ViewBestAds Rewards Program. The information you provide to us when enrolling in ViewBestAds Rewards and redeeming points is processed in our computer systems both in the country where this information has been collected and/or in our primary computer system in the United Arab Amirates & India. As a participant in ViewBestAds Rewards, you have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above. However, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of mailings from such third parties and from e-mails from ViewBestAds.

1.  A ViewBestAds Rewards member will view an activity statement online and a ViewBestAds Rewards newsletter only if the member has earned points or claimed a reward certificate(s) during the previous statement period. Click here to view your account status. You shall be responsible for advising ViewBestAds of any change of address and ViewBestAds shall have no responsibility for misdirected or lost mail or any consequences thereof.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that your points  are properly credited. If proper credit does not appear on the member's activity statement, the member should email us within two weeks. Allow approximately two week to respond all your queries

If more than one membership number is assigned to an individual, he/she will only receive points or miles for one account. Duplicate accounts will be canceled.
